I see No Access screen when I go to the link received from the other team member.
I see No Access screen (image below) when I go to the link (generated by right-click and Copy Dropbox Link function on Mac) received from the other team member. If I make the link, it works.
There is a shared folder, and I'm a team member with full access.
All worked fine before, but I started to see this screen today.
The same links actually worked well before, and I see this error screen now.
I think this is a some kind of bug. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi Segothic, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Since you're creating a shared link, are you certain that the correct users have been invited to the link itself?
Are there any additional permissions added onto the link?
This will help me to assist further!

My team and I are running into this same issue. We are in a shared workspace, so there shouldn't be any access issues. Any updates?

Just noticed that as of last Monday 2/13/23, I can't access folders through shared Dropbox links. I am part of the access team members for shared Dropbox servers/folders for my group, but the Dropbox links I copy and share with others on my team who also have access to the folders online say that the Dropbox links I've shared lead them to a page that says "No access; you don't have access". Not sure what may be going on here. Been talking with my company IT and they're stumped as well since all our team members should already have access to the shared folders.
If I provide a path to the correct folder/file team members can access the files online and download with no problems. The issue is using the "Copy Link" on the website or trying to use "Copy Dropbox Link" in Mac Finder. My other team members' shared links lead me to the "no access" page and vice versa. It seems to have started to be a problem since last Monday. Which is frustrating as the ease of use to share Dropbox links is so convenient and much faster when trying to send team members files quickly. - Hannah3 years ago

Hey Erica DeChavez, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
When it comes to sharing links, there are certain traffic and bandwidth limits in place, depending on the plan you're on.
Is it possible that someone on the team has reached those limits?
Have you also tried reaching out to our support team about this?
Let me know what you find.

Our company IT is looking into it, but this may likely be the overall problem of our Dropbox server folders being too maxed out memory-wise. Thanks for the insight, Hannah! : )

Jay Yes, it's all happening in the same workspace, same shared folder, same members. So we didn't have to invite to share it.
No permission options has changed.
In addition, I still have an access to the links if I just use and navigate the finder, or web browser.
The issue is the generated link is not working and saying that I have no access.

My team and I are facing the same problem. Links that were working before stopped working yesterday.

Hey @Erica DeChavez, I moved our thread under this one, since it's about the same issue.
Would you like us to send you an email, so we can investigate this further on our end?
And Segothic, I just sent you an email, so make sure to get back to me, when you have a chance.
Thanks!
