Is Uploading Prohibited In Turkey?

I am in Turkey trying to upload some 200 MB photo files and the upload stalls every time. Google Drive has no problem with the photos and uploads fine.

 

Does Dropbox not operate here or is there a national restriction of some kind in this country?

    As far as I know, there are no restrictions for uploads in Turkey at the moment. 

     

    To have a better look into this issue, could you please clarify if you're using our apps to upload those files or if you're uploading via the website directly?

    Any additional information is more than welcome!
