You can't even contact support because of the same issue. . . the community is the only page working (and of course the "upgrade your account" links)

Having the same problem. Feels like a broken pop-up.

I'm having the exact same issues. I've tried using Firefox, Safari, and Chrome with no luck. I can't use the mouse to click on anything. Every other website I go to works, so that rules out my browsers and mouse.

I suspect something is happening at the moment as I'm struggling using buttons across the Dropbox site at the moment.
I can click on 'Create' and it pops up the menu but then nothing happens and the page freezes (doesnt crash, just nothing is clickable any more).

I hope dropbox is reading this: Y'all did a major update yesterday and no - it is not working. I have no less than 8 clients calling me, the IT guy, asking me to fix their dropbox. The site loads - then immediately the ability to click on anything goes away. On occasion, you can click on something once (like shutting off the annoying "sign in with google" popup or simply clicking on "login" - and sometimes nothing happens, sometimes the browser switches to the next page, and then - the ability to click on any link no longer works. I have tried this on 4 computers here in the office, 2 of them are on a separate network, tried: mozilla, Microsoft Edge, and Chrome, all on windows pc's - and nothing is working. You cannot click in the box to type in a username or password, you cannot click on Continue with Google, or any option. This was tested both with shared folder invites and just raw logging in to existing dropbox accounts. I have several angry accountants I'm dealing with over this. The page scrolls fine. The context loads, including the animations, into the cache, fine. Yes, we've cleared caches, used a computer that had never logged in to dropbox, and ensured that all firewalls and security are completely off just for kicks and giggles - nothing. You guys did something that is locking out your users. FYI, sometimes the page will only let you click on something after you "Accept All" the cookies pop up at the bottom ... so it may be tied into that?

Can't click anything once the support page loads - also can't click anything on any dropbox on the web any browser. Loads and then can't click anything on the entire page.

Oh - and please check your "Contact support" page. It's bad enough you don't let folks file help tickets... but the screen background is near white and the overlay text is white. I may have good eyes - but reading a white font on a white background doesn't work. Thanks.
