- 3 years agoThank you all so much - with your help I appear to have solved the problem. The Help Centre page which takes you through step by step and shows you how (and where) to delete the link was the key ONCE I had deciphered its instructions!!
Then I could create a new uncorrupted link which now works - thanks again everyone!

As a test, can you please try to create a shared link for another folder on your Dropbox account? After that, I’d like you to open an incognito window on your current browser, and open the shared link there.
If you’re still receiving the same error message, please upload a screenshot of what you see, and we’ll investigate this further.
