Hi! I have this error with my Dropbox when I was testing the file sharing feature after trying to revive my Dropbox after a while. I'm on the free plan at the moment. Earlier, I had a notice saying. We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement. I'm not sure where it went wrong but I was only trying to test the sharing feature. I would like assistance into this matter please. They have no associated icon, and when double-clicked, the destination file is not opened. When I right-click on the Dropbox app icon at the bottom of the screen, above the Dropbox item, there was an item consisting of a mysterious series of symbol characters (see screen captures below). I have unpinned it from the list, but the problem still persists. I can open the shortcuts, however, via the Dropbox App. Thank you for your help. My friend and I are volunteers at an animal shelter, and both use Windows PCs. I take videos of the dogs to be posted on social media to help get them adopted. I am a Dropbox Plus subscriber, she has a Dropbox Basic subs. We are both members of a Dropbox shared folder. When she receives a link that I have uploaded videos to that folder and clicks on it, she receives s message that she needs more storage to view, and can only see pics from the videos. Question or Issue As stated in the email received with the subject above: "Your current account bandwidth limit is 20.00 GB and your current usage is 20.04 GB." That does not seem like a huge overconsumption and is probably due to a mistake on my side. However, when trying to remove the suspension with the link provided, I am then asked to contact support which I can't do without upgrading my plan... has anyone had this issue? I am on the basic plan, it seems to correspond perfectly to my needs, this is the only time over bandwidth limit and it is 0,04 GB, why can't I remove the temporary suspension? Device Dell Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Windows 10 Pro Question or Issue I set up a File Request for members of our alumni group to upload reunion photos and I received several emails from Dropbox that various photos had been uploaded, but when I tried to view them in Dropbox only photos from one of the emails show up in my File Request folder. I believe I have enough space remaining in my account. Any idea why the other photo image files are not showing up? If they were uploaded as the email indicates, where might they be? I usually upload books I need at school in my Dropbox in order to use them with kids at school. Sometimes I need to print some pages from these books and every time I needed it always works. Now I upload other 3 books. The upload went ok, I can see the books on the website (and also at home) but from the website I can't print any pages. These three books go from 121,000KB to 139,000KB... the other books are less than 100,000KB. Could be this the problem? The weight? If it is correct, how can I solve the problem? For example, I have a page: indian Girls Group When a user shares a WhatsApp invite link from this kind of page, then tries to share that link using Dropbox file/folder sharing tools or Dropbox Paper, the preview often fails or shows nothing (no thumbnail / description). Also, sometimes the redirect doesn’t open properly when tapped — it stays blank or just doesn’t navigate to the intended place. I am/was the owner of a Dropbox shared Folder. I deleted this folder over a year ago. However, this folder still shows up in people's Dropbox's, and several have NO option to delete it.
