Possibly, but I've had it working without issue on PC on the same network for years.

Do you have 2FA configured? If so, disable it, close the app, reopen it and then try selective sync again. It should work. If it does, re-enable 2FA and you should still be able to selective sync.

Maybe the 2FA thing correlated with the problem you were having, but wasn't actually causative? Because disabling 2FA didn't change anything for me, even after a reboot. In my case, sync is chugging along just fine, which makes me doubt there's a firewall thing going on, as some suggested here.
