Make Dropbox easier for non-computer users

I have Dropbox to collaborate with outside vendors but many of them cannot make Dropbox work.  What is their issue, I do not know nor do I have the time to trouble shoot.  All I know is I am not getting what I need from Dropbox and am now working on multiple platforms as a workaround, which is a personal and organization nightmare.

 

Try teaching a 80 year old how to use the dropbox and you will see what the weaknesses are.  Then resign it to be simpler.  Hire the best user interface people, then try it again with an 80 year old.

 

I am not happy with Dropbox.
