My client has edit permissions on a shared folder and just got a "no access" error
The client just uploaded information 6 days ago with no problems. However today received the no access warning. What has changed.

Good day,
As you suggested Mark, I inquired with my client if she was using another computer to access the portal. I never got a response but the user has been sporadically been able to upload some information; however, it still takes me having to request another submission via email and then they use the portal and it is there. So, I am still not sure what is happening. Any suggestions or just move on?
