new folder option not appearing
i cant create new folders beacuse the option is not there any more on the website... i use a macbook pro does anyone knows whats going on???

Go figure. I enlarged the window and the New Folder option magically appeared.

This didn't work for me. I have one dropbox account where it is fine and another where it isn't.

6 years agoHi craiglandarchLA, the website has changed since that image, now there should be an ellipsis on the right when you click the folder, like so:
From there, you can download the folder to your machine. Hope this helps!

Hey Jay,
Thanks for responding. Yes I see that dropdown menu, however; there still isn't a 'create new folder' option. Can we only upload folders? If so that would seem very very strange.

Sorry, I got confused as the previous reply was for downloading a folder!
If you don’t have any folders selected, then you should see an option to create a new folder on the right while on the Files page:
