The person I was chatting to on Facebook said maybe beacuse I've been inactive for over 12 months. But I'm pretty sure I have logged on within that time, I'm quite certain tbh. I had an issue like this on my old mobile where nothing was showing I logged back in and it was all there. I got a new mobile few months ago and copied everything over this new device.
