No files showing on my Android app after changing phones
Hi, I upgraded to a new mobile and only yesterday I clicked on Dropbox app. It asked me to sign in, so I did but nothing showing.
So went back to my old phone, and same again.
I have 3 emails I ...

1 year agoIt looks like these accounts have no files in them on the site.
If you're not seeing the missing files on the events or deleted files page, then there's a few possibilities as to why this might be the case:
- The files are on another Dropbox account
- They were on a shared folder you don't have access to any more
- The files were deleted outside of the 30 day period
- The files were permanently deleted

Definitely can't be on another account as those are the only 3 emails I have. They weren't on a shared folder as the content belonged to me.
Not sure about the 30 day period
I never deleted anything my end.
