Not receiving files sent to my Dropbox.

This used to work great.  Now I'm not receiving files that clients send to my drop box.  I haven't changed anything.  I'm clueless so dumb down any response, please.

    Hey DHCPA, thanks for posting here today!

     

    The first thing we need to identify is how exactly do they send content your way? Is it through a shared link, shared folder, or File Transfer maybe? 

     

    Also, do you check online, or locally on the desktop app? If you could share any additional details with me, that'd be great.
