Not receiving photos from file requests
I have upgraded my account. I now have 2T of storage. I have emailed out links to send me photos. They are not coming through.

No, nothing is showing up there from outside sources. My test photos came through from me though

3 years agoCharjohn44, is it possible to check this with one of the users you're expecting these photos from? If the file request is working fine for you, then something else may be happening.
Can they perhaps describe the steps they're taking to upload the photos and/if they're having any trouble along the way or if they get any kind of error messages?
