NOT syncing but NOT over limit/quota

Problem solved! My boyfriend showed me that the Dropbox programme (on my laptop) needs to be opened and thus refreshed in order to start synchronizing. So we did that and I changed its settings to "Start Dropbox on system startup" (in Preferences).

3 years agoHey sazenicka, thanks for joining the Dropbox Community and let's see what we can find out about your issue.
The first thing you'll need to check, is the sync status and version of the Dropbox app on your computer.
You'll need to hover over the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar to see this info.
Also, when was the last time your files synced?
If you look in your account online, do you see older versions of your files instead of the newer ones?
Let me know and we'll go from there.
