Open dropbox link in the application for that file (open .xlsx files in Excel)

Currently, if you try to open a file in a shared link, it would open on the Dropbox site, and not the native application.

Thanks Jay! Is there a setting I can change where the default is not to open the link with the browser? Microsoft Teams had this capability as an option for how to open files and it was really helpful.

At this time, there isn't any option to have the link open directly in the application itself. As they are a URL, they will always open on the website.
