Password for shared link is no longer working.
I have an account that has a password protect link function. It is not working. I used it about 2 months ago and it worked. Now when I redo the settings to change the password, it saves it- or so it indicates- but then the password does not link. I use this for a class and change the password for each new cohort. Next group ready to come in and the password reset is NOT WORKING.

Would you mind clarifying your account's subscription?
Also, when you say that it doesn't work, would you mind sharing some info here? If you try to access the shared link using an incognito mode, where you're not signed into any Dropbox account, does it ask for a password?

I have a folder I share with each class I teach. I change the password for each class. It has always worked. This time the password reset said, "saved." However when I went to test it...logging out, following the link...and inserting the new password, the "incorrect password" message comes up.
I have reset the password numerous times, tried accessing the link on a different browser, everything I can think of that has always worked before. IF the new password is saved as always has been done in the past- now when we supply the new password, we are not given access to the folder. I have the Dropbox subscription that includes this feature. This is the first time it has not worked.

Hey @mzechercal, have you tried deleting the link, and then creating a new link and password?
