Hi Jay,
Here are the steps:
1: open an e-mail and click the paperclip for attachments. Add the appropriate file, usually a pdf or jpg.

2 years agoThanks for these screenshots, Mikeb365! They really help.
I tested this on my end in the meantime and it’s working properly, so I’d like to see what’s going on.
Have you tried clearing the cache of the Dropbox mobile app, and reinstalling it?

Yes, I was working with a Dropbox technician and he recommended trying that. After he came up with nothing, I thought I would try the Dropbox community to see if anyone else had a similar issue.

Can you give me the ticket number from your convo with our support team? I’d like to go through the steps you’ve tried them already.

Hey Mikeb365, thanks for that!
I was able to locate the ticket number reference, and it seems that the Specialized agents agree with what we have in mind.
This would indicate that the issue is coming from the Samsung Mail app itself and not from Dropbox.
In any case, and since this has already been reviewed by our specialized agents, I'm afraid that our hands are tied as to how this works. If any other user has an additional workaround, other than what was already suggested, they're more than free to share them here with us.
I hope this clarifies!
