PDF E-mail attachments attaching as HTML instead of PDF

Just wondering if anyone has encountered this issue. I'm using a Samsung smartphone & tablet. When using Samsung mail and attaching a pdf file from Dropbox, it will attach as an html file. It only happens when attaching files from Dropbox and only happens when using my Samsung mobile devices. Any thoughts???

Can you give me the ticket number from your convo with our support team? I’d like to go through the steps you’ve tried them already.

    Hey Mikeb365, thanks for that!

I was able to locate the ticket number reference, and it seems that the Specialized agents agree with what we have in mind.

This would indicate that the issue is coming from the Samsung Mail app itself and not from Dropbox.

In any case, and since this has already been reviewed by our specialized agents, I'm afraid that our hands are tied as to how this works.

If any other user has an additional workaround, other than what was already suggested, they're more than free to share them here with us.

    I hope this clarifies!
