Re: "Couldn't Save Content Please check your internet connection and refresh the page" error on my iPad.

When i download a file (PDF) a pop up window comes up (see photo)

then I select Drop box and get the error.

    Hey kadoherty - sorry to jump in here, but could you try clearing your browser's cache or try another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you get the same results?

    I tried that. I also deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still have the problem.

    Have you also made sure that your device's OS version is up to date kadoherty?
