Re: Is Dropbox Backup working normally on my machine?

Thank you for your follow-up. Attached is a screenshot of files on Dropbox. We can see that the cloud is indeed present in the Cloud File Status column. However, yesterday, I saved a file in the Documents folder on my PC. It does not appear in the Documents folder in the Cloud and, moreover, if I double-click on this file on my PC, it does not open!C:\Users\matte\Dropbox\Captures d’écran

    It seems like your screenshots haven't been attached. Could you try again? 

    I'd also appreciate it if you could check your Backup page online, and let me know what it reports.
