Is Dropbox Backup working normally on my machine?
Hello, I transferred my folders and files to my Dropbox backup, primarily using the Dropbox application on my PC. My Dropbox backup contains the following folders: Desktop, Downloads, Pictures, Music...

If the Dropbox desktop application is showing that the backup is complete, and the Dropbox Backup site also shows this, then this means that the files have synced correctly.
Just for clarification, could you attach a screenshot showing the cloud icon you're seeing, while hiding any personal filenames or info?
This will help me to assist further!

Thank you for your follow-up. Attached is a screenshot of files on Dropbox. We can see that the cloud is indeed present in the Cloud File Status column. However, yesterday, I saved a file in the Documents folder on my PC. It does not appear in the Documents folder in the Cloud and, moreover, if I double-click on this file on my PC, it does not open!C:\Users\matte\Dropbox\Captures d’écran
