Remove suggested contacts when sharing Paper files

Well,  Dropbox just closed my request from a few years ago, and there are others that have posted similar.  This is not resolved yet...   When I share a Paper document, a list of suggested contac...

Well, that trick seems to work for Business or Teams accounts.  I was a Plus member for years, and now am a Professional plan.  I don't see any way to clear these two contacts.  Something is stuck.  It's not fixed and I don't see a remedy anywhere.

        Have you guys found a fix yet? 

         

        I'm in the same boat. Every time I type @ to tag someone, all I get is a bunch of ex-coworkers and people I'll never need to share stuff with ever again. Useless. 

         

        Why can't it be cleaned up?
