Removing access to Dropbox files on one computer, but keeping them on another
How do I remove access to selected DB folders on one of my computers, but still getting access to them on my other PC??

You can use Selective Sync to remove specific folders from your computer. They'll remain in the cloud and on any other devices you have linked to your account.
