require for a file named 'drugbank_drugs_info.csv'

"I'm trying to access the file with the URL removed but it seems that I cannot open it from my current region. I'm not sure what the issue is, and I've been unable to resolve it myself. Could someone...

If the link is not working you'll need to go back to the owner and request a new link. They could have deleted the file or removed the link.

I was wondering if I only have the URL, how can I go back to the owner?

The URL placed here will be removed. Can I send you the URL and see if you can access this file?
