Sending a link to a video without allowing editing
I want to share a video link with a non-dropbox member. When I send the link the recepient has the ability to edit the video. How do I send the video without allowing changes?

2 years agoHi Andrew_VM, it seems like you're trying to share a folder and not a video directly. What happens if you click the lower option, which is the view-only link?

Hi Jay,
If i use the bottom option i make a link with only viewing capability.
But that isnt the point here:
The problem is that the edit option is selected by default. This leads to colleagues mistakenly sending the wrong type of link.
Im looking for a way to set the default choice to vliew-only.
Thanks!
