My Dropbox app (on macOS Tahoe 26.3) has been stuck indexing for a few days.

MacBook Air M3

Question or Issue
My Dropbox app is not syncing after update of macOS Tahoe 26.3. Message: Indexing…. (for some days now) All files have the cloud-symbol (just a white cloud)

Do you happen to have any antivirus/firewall or other security programs enabled on your computer? If you do, I’d like you to temporarily disable them, as a test, and restart your device.
If that doesn’t seem to make a difference, I’d like a screenshot of the cloud-symbol icon that you mention in your post and a visual of your Dropbox app's syncing status.
Keep me in the loop for any updates.
