Hello Walter
Thank you for the suggestion. However the supposed sent videos were reported to me by a third party, apparently not the sender. The sender wasn't identified and I assume no longer exists?

If you have no evidence on your Dropbox account, or in any emails from Dropbox, showing that you were sent files, then it could mean that you didn't receive anything from a user using the Dropbox interface.
As you can't contact the sender of the files, there wouldn't be any other way to determine what was sent to you, and how they sent the files.
