Hey Kwiebus, let's jump right into this!
I'm guessing that if you try to preview the same .pdf document on your end, you don't face any issues, right?
Which platform do the recipients use, when trying to open the file?
Can you try to open the same document, using an incognito tab on your browser -where you're not signed into the account- to check if you get the same results?
Let me know more!

Hi Megan,
Thx for the answer!
I got to know it only shows on preview, if somebody downloads it appears to be normal. They tried it on Chrome and Safari

Hey Kwiebus, sorry to jump in here.
Just to confirm, do the sentences in the original file contain any special characters?
- Kwiebus2 years agoExplorer | Level 3
Nope, just normal text.

Thanks, Kwiebus.
Are you still having the same issue today?
If so, can we send you an email, to take a closer look?

Yes, still the same issue, you can send me a mail.
