Sharing permission error when using the WordPress plugin

Hello,   I use "Out of the box" wordpress plugin to show documents in my site. It was great. Today in files i uploaded, when i try to open I have this error: The sharing permissions on this...

Can you please give me some more info as to what kind of plan you're on? Are you a member of a Dropbox Business team?

 

The shared link in question, was it created by you or a different account?

 

Does it work outside of WordPress?

    Hello Hannah,

     

    It's a Dropbox Basic account.

    I created the link, if I use it in browser works.

    The plugin (out of the box for wordpress) is configured with the same dropbox account I used to generate the link

      I think the plugin uses dropbox apis to retrieve the links. It has a file browser and you can open directory and files.

        Can you confirm how you're generating the link on your end? Also, does the shared link work without an issue, when you use an incognito window on your browser?
