After i signed out all my files had to be redownloaded. So basically the the "stuck on synch" error is gone but now my already existing folders won't synchronize anymore. Only new Folder or files saved at the toplevel are synchronizing right now

2 years agoHey Stvno, signing out of the app and then signing back in, wouldn't cause your files to stop syncing, but we'll get to the bottom of this.
What is the sync status of the app right now, when you hover over the Dropbox icon in your menu bar?

It is "up to date" but no existed folder is updating

Hi Stvno, could you try quitting the Dropbox desktop application from the menu bar, and then delete the cache folder to see if this helps?
Could you then try to add a single text file on the site to see if it syncs?

Unfortunately it didn't help. The App says still up to date and there are clearly missing files which are seen at the web browser but not at the finder on my mac.
Also i uploaded via web a simple text file in a non syncing folder and that wasn't synced either.
