Synchronize files without overwriting previous ones. (following a disconnection)

Hi Manu8765, there's no way to resume the upload, using the website unless you start it anew.
Of course, you can always use the app to sync content to the web, which will let you know if any files have the same name, and allow you to skip these.
As for your structure inside your Dropbox folder on your device, you can choose to make any changes there, and as long as the app is updated, the content along with the structure will sync to your account online, and other devices too.
