Syncing does not proceed on my fast W10 PC

Thanks! - I did that, I was not 100% sure if the installation was completed as I did not get any message such as "Installation completed", but did it twice. Dropbox still stuck on the downloads and uploads with no progress.

1 month agoCould you check what bandwidth limits you have in the Dropbox desktop application preferences?

Bandwidth is set by Dropbox automatically. Still no progress in uploading nor downloading, not a single file goes up or down. Help appreciated

Have you tried logging out from your Dropbox account through the app's preferences and then back in?
If you did and this persists, the next step would be an advanced reinstall at this point.

I tried the solutions suggested on this chat, but they did not solve the issue. I then asked ChatGPT for advice and it worked. My dropbox is working correctly again. Thank you for following up with me!
