    Hi gershon2

If your Dropbox is stuck syncing the same number of files for days , try these quick fixes .

    1 Pause & resume sync- click the Dropbox icon >pause syncing >wait a few seconds >resume .

2 check for bad files -Go to Dropbox.com /bad files  check to see if any files have naming issues .

3 Clear cache- open your Dropbox folder > .Dropbox.cache > delete everything inside > restart your pc .

4 Check selective sync- Make sure the folders you want are select under preferences > sync .

If its still stuck , collect system report(help>"collect diagnostics")and share it with Dropbox support - they can pinpoint the exact issue

    Hope this help .

    Hi gershon2!

Hope things are going smoothly! Just wanted to check if you still need a hand. If all's well, feel free to share what did the trick.

Hey gershon2 - sorry to hear about your syncing issue.

Can you please let me know your computer's exact OS version and the status and version of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar/taskbar?

Have you tried rebooting your device, internet router and/or quitting and relaunching the app since you first noticed this?

Let me know more and we'll take it from there.
