Hi Osama, does the Dropbox icon show any error messages when you hover the mouse over it? Do any of your folders have a syncing icon on them? When did it stop syncing?Any info you can provide would help! - osamabahr7 years agoHelpful | Level 6
No errors appear, it is just dimmed like no internet access, with rotating arrows, and word connecting

If the Dropbox icon on the menu bar is dimmed, then it does mean it cannot connect to the web. There is a possibility that a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.I’d recommend disabling or changing your settings for the above to see if this helps out! - osamabahr7 years agoHelpful | Level 6
Thank you for your caring, i tried a lot of things, i make thr proxy as "no proxy" re-installed a lot of times, removing the data folder, still dimmed and give me that no internet connection, and log in give me nothing at all, really don't know what to do.

Are you able to access and login to the Dropbox site?Could you forward a screenshot showing what the Dropbox desktop application looks like in the menu bar at the top of the screen, and what happens when you click it?Thanks in advance! - osamabahr7 years agoHelpful | Level 6
