The "make available offline" feature doesn't work on my iPad.
"Make available online" does not work with IPAD.
What do I need to do?

Hi dssteffen, thanks for posting on the community.
Could you clarify what you mean by make available online on the iPad?
Are you referring to marking files as available offline?
This will help me to assist further!

Yes, I mean that my IPAD cannot make a file available offline.
I need help because previously I could mark a file available offline to use the file while not connected to the internet.
Now, this option is grayed out.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, dssteffen.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if it helps?

Hope you don’t mind me nudging you here, dssteffen!
Did reinstalling the Dropbox app do the trick, by any chance?
If not, I’d like a screenshot of what you see when trying to use the “offline” option for the files on your iPad.
