The "make available offline" feature doesn't work on iPad

"Make available online" does not work with IPAD.

What do I need to do?

    Could you clarify what you mean by make available online on the iPad?

    Are you referring to marking files as available offline?

    Yes, I mean that my IPAD cannot make a file available offline.

    I need help because previously I could mark a file available offline to use the file while not connected to the internet.

    Now, this option is grayed out.

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if it helps?
