New files from camera uploads not showing in the Photos tab in iOS 26 (17promax)
Device iPhone 17 pro max Operating System/Browser (if using the web) iOS 26 Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 444.2.2 Question or Issue Moving to a new iPhone and installed dropbox app. However, camera uploads is very buggy. It will upload the photos/videos, but the display will not show any new photos added. New items can be found in camera upload folder, but not in the "Photos" tab on the app as it will not fresh that at all. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and sometimes get the error message that the camera uploads folder doesn't exist and will be created on next upload. But the folder is there and new images are added.
Can't upload large video from iphone as I'm getting an error
My pictures on my iphone are automatically uploading to dropbox, but my videos aren't even though I have "upload videos" turned on. I've successfully uploaded smaller videos about 2 min 15 sec, but when I try to upload a 3.5 min video, it tells me "Can't upload file. There was a problem uploading [file name]. Please try again." I'm connected to wifi. Is there any other way for me to get it from my phone to dropbox on my computer?
I can't save my receipts as PDFs to the iOS mobile app, only as a URL.
I like to save my receipts on iPhone for example from a receipt from Square that opens up in Safari. Previously I would be able to choose "Save to Dropbox" and it would save a PDF of the receipt. But now Dropbox only gives the option to save a ".url" which just saves a url link to the receipt on Dropbox. Deleted and Reinstalled Dropbox App. Didn't fix it. Anyone have any suggestions? iPhone 12 - iOS 18.7 / Dropbox App 448.2.2
iPhone camera uploads stopped uploading since April 2025
Device iPhone 16 Pro Operating System/Browser (if using the web) IOS 18.6.2 (latest) Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 440.2.2 Syncing Status No status. "Camera Uploads > on" Question or Issue I went to check my iphone photos in dropbox and realised that I've had no further images since 1 April 2025. According to the camera uploads settings I have it toggled "on" and upload come from "camera roll" + "all photos" + including videos "on". The only option I have is: "turn off camera uploads". I have plenty capacity remaining on Dropbox and I am unsure how to restart photos taken since April 2025. Any clues.?
