Dropbox files don't sync from my laptop to my iPad.

The files on my laptop do not update to Dropbox folder on my IPad. What could be the issue?

Hey Twoods48, let's jump right into this!

Keep in mind that when using the mobile app on your iPad, you won't have a local Dropbox folder the way your laptop does. You can access your Dropbox files directly using the Dropbox app.

As a first step, could you check if the files appear on the Dropbox site

Also, can you confirm that when you update your files you do so inside your local Dropbox folder on your laptop, and not somewhere else?

If you could also check what the sync status of the application is, that'd be great. You should be able to see that if you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your taskbar.

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

    Hey Twoods48!

Hope things are going smoothly! Just wanted to check if you still need a hand. If all's well, feel free to share what did the trick.
