Unable to create or add new files to my Dropbox team admin account

I cannot make a folder within dropbox or save any document or file directly to Dropbox. If I want to put something in the Dropbox, I have to do a manual transfer every time. I am the admin of my Dropbox and my colleague has no problem doing this. A banned symbol is shown everytime I attempt to drag a file from my computer files into the Dropbox. Please help!

Hey DrNat! Can you post a screenshot of what you see exactly every time you attempt to upload a new file to your Dropbox account, or create a new folder?

If you’re also part of a Dropbox team, can you check with the rest of the team members and let me know if you’re the only one experiencing this?

Hey 1104, sorry to see that you're having this issue.

Quite strange, indeed, but let's see what we can find.

Are you having this issue when trying to upload or create files using the Dropbox website or the local Dropbox folder on your computer (desktop app)?

If it's the website, can you try another browser or a private browsing window, to see if that makes any difference?

Let me know how it goes.
