Vertical videos in BT.2020 "Missing media"

Today was the first time I uploaded a vertical video (story/ reel) to Replay for client review, however on its thumbnail it is indicated as "Missing media"

Any idea wether this has something to do with its portrait oriented (1080x1920) size?
