Very Very Slow Upload speed out of nowhere

Just last week i downloaded my photos to the same speed it has always been. Tonight i do it and i'm barely reaching 0.6mb  any reason? any fix? yes ive reset my router.

it can be due to internet issue changing the browser switch your internet connection it will work.
