Hey there Mokki, welcome to the community!
There are many reasons why a remote role wouldn't be eligible to people who live in certain countries. It can range from anything from legal and tax compliance, payroll constraints, security and data laws, and much much more.This type of question isn't something that our support moderators here would be able to field, but you might have some luck reaching out to privacy @dropbox.com for general legal-related inquiries. I also want to set the expectation that they most likely could not be able to address anything pertaining to your specific application, but might have an answer about country-wide eligibilities.
I know this may not be the exact answer you're looking for, but we have limited visibility into these matters.
