I can't join another user's shared folder, as I'm not getting the email invitation.
Hi. I installed dropbox on my desktop and created a dropbox account. I verified the email address. Someone is trying to share a folder with me but I am not receiving the email notification. The shared folder is also not appearing in my dropbox folder. I checked and there are no syncing issues. They tried removing me from the sharing list and adding again but still not appearing in my dropbox and no email notification. I have tried multiple devices as well. How do I solve this?
How can I remove a user from a Paper document that I shared with them via link?
Hello, I've a personal Dropbox account. I shared the link to someone. He opened it in his work account, instead of his personal account. Now the paper shows his work account as 'opened'. How to remove that? He doesn't want other people who is viewing the Paper to notice his work email address. Please help me.When opening a shared link using Gmail, it alters the URL.
As I prepare to send a press release to my media contacts with my Dropbox folder link (that has view-only permissions) included, I've found that the link works only a few times after I click it in my test emails. But afterwards, the URL starts to unfurl the ampersands (&) as "amp;" and it breaks the link, giving 400 errors on all my devices. i.e. The original, working URL structure: [...] rlkey=rjcrcap8ebtitcazxmlhi4zw0&st=yl5h2f17&dl=0 The 400 error version of the link: [...] rlkey=rjcrcap8ebtitcazxmlhi4zw0&st=yl5h2f17&dl=0 When I delete the "amp;"s manually, the URL works again as it should. Any idea why this is happening? I cannot share my Dropbox link until this is fixed. For my tests, I am using the latest iOS both on a recent Macbook and an iPhone 14. Browser is Google Chrome or Safari (both seem to have the issue). Mail system I'm using is Gmail.

Hello , I started dropbox business trial today and trying to share a folder to 2 users .But each time it is asking to verify email address and upon clicking the verification email it lead to dropbox home and nothing happens. Same happens if i add members to the team. Kindly check if someone has come through this and how to get it resolved.
How do I share a folder with someone not in my contacts?
When I go to my Drobox folders to share, I type in the email address of someone whose email it does not recognize. I can't share the folder because of this. This person is actually in my Outlook and gmail contacts, but still to no avail. Thank you for helping me. Ben
