Zero bytes on MAC ventura
Hello
1st time here
I've having a serious issue in Mac with dropbox.
I use Mac to edit DICOM files. For each exam I have 1000+ files. So the zero files are driving me nuts, because may 3rd party software gives me error messages (zero bytes) and I can't open the exam.
Opening each one of the 1000+ files that are needed for each image is insane and not a possible option.
Other problem that I have is that I can't get the "Make available offline" option with the right mouse click.
So. Really in need of help here! I'm a user of Dropbox in Mac for more than 5 years and I really loved it until now. Nowadays I'm thinking in other cloud options!
best regards,
Nuno Jorge

Hi nmrjorge, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
What options do you see when you right click the files in Finder?
Do you see the same options when right clicking folders?
A screenshot of this would help greatly!
