0 bytes on disk - basic account

On a new Windows 11 laptop, many files are showing as 0 bytes on disk, in both Dropbox and Windows Explorer properties. These are files of all sizes, not just tiny ones. I have only basic account, so all files should be local. The problem is that I use tools like WinDirStat to see what I'm using, but these are now not showing most files. On my old laptop (also W11) all files show, eg they have file size on disk. What's going on?

Are the files marked as Available Offline, and do they have a green circle with a check mark on them. If the files are showing as Online-only, they will be 0 bytes on disk.

They're showing as online only, eg cloud icon. The problem is, since I have only a basic account, I have no options to control the online / offline settings on the dropdown menu, so I can't change them. And a basic account is meant to be all offline / local anyway, so I don't know why they have been made offline. It certainly wasn't anything I did, and they have never been made offline before!

That isnt correct. Online only is available to all customers: https://help.dropbox.com/sync/access-files-offline

There is no "Make available offline" option on the menu, for any file or folder, in either Windows File Explorer or Dropbox online. I had assumed that was because it was a basic account, from what I read elsewhere. So, how can I get to that option?

Huh, well reinstalling does seem to have restored those options. Odd, as it was only a couple of weeks ago that I installed it in the first place. Anyway, thanks!
