accidently started uploading files from an external hard drive

I accidently started uploading photos and files from an external hard drive. It filled up my Dropbox storage space and then the upload stopped. But my storage space is full (I have the free account), and I cannot find the files to delete them.  Suggestions?

  • Hi there Lucille - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you have a look at your backups page and let me know if you can see and delete your backed up files from there perhaps?

    Thanks!

Thanks, I did that, and then deleted the file which was causing the problem.  I am very happy to have the problem resolved.
