Cannot Complete Dropbox 250 MB Promotion
As the title suggests, I'm having trouble completing the 250 MB promotion. For some reason, I cannot access the tour page as it doesn't work. I cannot install dropbox on another computer (as I do not have another computer), and I cannot install Dropbox on a mobile device as I have a basic phone. I have 4 out of the 5 requirements completed, and the last one that I would be able to complete would be the tour. Can someone help me with this?

Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting when trying to complete the get started tour?

Facing the same issue as well. In my case, when clicking the link to the tour page ( https://www.dropbox.com/tour ), it just redirects to https://www.dropbox.com/features .

Experience the same problem. Task "Take the dropbox tour" is impossible to complete.

May I ask if you're getting stuck on a specific step for some reason or if you get any specific errors? If so, a screenshot would be very helpful.

When I try to proceed by the link "Take a Dropbox tour" instead of getting tour page (https://www.dropbox.com/tour) I'm getting redirected to the features page (https://www.dropbox.com/features). I tried to press almost on every button on that page, but "Take a Dropbox tour" never got marked as completed.

I have the same issue, redirection makes completing the tour impossible.
Please fix ASAP, the problem is almost half of year old now...can you give us an update on how the fixing is going and when it will be done?
