Dropbox says Im out of storage space

Question or Issue
I keep getting the message that my Dropbox is full. I deleted almost everything and the message is the same. My backup is empty as well. Thank you for any help.

Please provide a screenshot of your space usage as shown on your Plan page. It should look like this:
