Dropbox space have bugs that over occupied the space?

My files just less than 5 GB, but the system said I used up 886 GB out of 7.5GB and ask me to upgrade. How can it be so much over the space? Anyone face this?

  • Hello, you can verify your personal Dropbox space on this page: Dropbox Space Management.

Have you checked your Backups page here to make sure Dropbox Backup isn’t currently enabled and taking up space from your account? If it is, you can disable it this way.
