Solved

Dropbox trial has ended and my previous storage size hasn't been returned to me

I used the Dropbox professional trial from 14th April till 14th May 2023. Before the trial my storage limit was 6.8 GB. After the trial ended my storage has been reduced to 2GB.  How do I get my space back? I have earned this storage by referrals and wouldn't have started the trial if I knew this would have been the outcome. It certainly wasn't mentioned when they signed me up.

I am now facing  great operational issues as my folder is now oversized.
