I exceeded my space allotment without any files

I am told that I have exceeded my file allotment, but a month ago, I deleted all of my files.

I have not been able to figure out how to contact support (suggestions, or just not possible?).

Does anyone have any idea what to look for, or is this just a lost cause?

Hi there, GLSmyth, thanks for your post today!

Is it possible that besides the files you deleted, you have some shared folders or backups taking up your space?

Let me know what you find.

I read another message, and apparently, I have a large backup.  Where is that and how can I get rid of it?

Hi there, GLSmyth, let me jump in here!

If your backup files are taking up space on your account, you can go to this page and try to delete them from there.

If you have any questions, let me know!
